Most don't understand health as much as we think we do. Additionally, most tend to take all sources of information, including WhatsApp forwards, quite seriously. We would like to ensure the well being of Chef at Large members and have a list of approved websites that may be quoted in your blog posts to support the claims you're making.

What should I do?

All you have to do is, verify the claims you're making from one of the websites in our approved list and include a link to that website at the end of your article. For example, if you believe your cooked tomato dish is healthier than dishes that use raw tomato, due to the increased presence of Lycopene, please include a link in your blog post from the approved list that states this - i.e. cooked tomatoes have more Lycopene than raw tomatoes. This will not only ensure you never inadvertently mislead your readers or have to face the embarrassing situation of not only being corrected publicly and also have reduced credibility, but will have the added effect of making your posts look more serious as well as educating you from time to time.

When done, just share the blog link with us and we'll revert. After a number of such interactions we may ask you to please continue posting without pre-approval.
