- Because we manage over 2,50,000 members across or social media and even if .25% decide to contact us each day via FB, it's over 600 messages, over 25 messages an hour.
- Each person messaging us usually believes they're one of perhaps two people to do so that day. The real number is many times that.
- This results in disrupting our usual schedules, meeting and even sleep, because members sometimes message us at 3 - 4am in the morning!
- Using the email address means we have time to investigate, think and respond clearly.
